Our pre-construction approach
- Initial investigation and discussions about the development.
- Assist with the compilation of your requirements.
- Manage and compile the initial quotation process of all suppliers and subcontractors.
- Identify and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Facilitate meetings with clients, service professionals and all subcontractors
- Compile a project plan, if necessary
During Construction
- We manage the construction process from start to finish.
- We manage all on site resources under our jurisdiction
- We manage the scope of works and implement any approved variation changes to the project.
- Maintain a free flow of communion between all interested parties
- Follow up on actions and deliverable's
- Compile status reports/program updates when required.
- Facilitate the handover of the project.
- Obtain final acceptance.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walk-through to ensure your satisfaction. In the short term (usually 3 months), we attend to all post construction maintenance defects. in the long term (usually 5 years) we attend to latent defects as prescribed by the contract.
